Live Wire Books offers a comprehensive private publishing service for clients
ranging from individual authors right through to private or public companies and institutions.

Live Wire Books was launched in 2001 by author and journalist Michael Cable. A former Daily Mail show business correspondent who went on to become a successful freelance feature writer, his work has appeared regularly over many years in national newspapers and magazines as well as in corporate journals and on websites. In addition to many of the titles published under the Live Wire Books imprint, he has written a number of other books, including an acclaimed expose of the pop music business, ghosted autobiographies of TV personality Noel Edmonds, ex-Olympic champion Daley Thompson and explorer Col John Blashford-Snell and histories of both Brunei and the Commonwealth Development Corporation.

His wide journalistic and all-round media experience is also invaluable in helping Live Wire Books clients to promote and publicise their books with reviews, features and interviews in both local and national newspapers, magazines and on radio.
